UT Health San Antonio – School of Nursing

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing offered by UT Health can be completed in 22 months of full-time study. The program is designed for individuals who are not registered nurses. Candidates must complete four semesters of prerequisite courses before admission and demonstrate knowledge and skills to enter the nursing program.  Theory and practical coursework will prepare students for generalist nursing practice. The practical work in the skills lab and at health care facilities are designed to develop clinical reasoning skills. Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Hallmark University are prepared to practice to within the legal, ethical, and professional standards of the profession.
